Übersetzung von Urkunden, hier: Apostille

Hallo zusammen,

gehören bei der Übersetzung einer Apostille (en-de) auch die beiden Absätze (this apostille is not to be used...) unterhalb der Unterschrift und des Stempels mit auf die übersetze Version?

Ich finde nur übersetzte Versionen, auf denen diese Absätze nicht vorhanden sind, andererseits kann man ja dann hier nicht von einer vollständigen Übersetzung sprechen. Was meint ihr?

Hello,

I think you should translate ALL the text contained in the source text, even if you cannot find it elsewhere. Personally, I would not omit any text mentioned in the source, especially when an Apostille is concerned.

I would translate it, Dec 19, 2015

and the certified, sworn translator I recently hired to do my birth certificate and apostille did so as well.

But here's a sentence which really can't be included in an English translation, for example:

Zur Vereinfachung werden Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter einheitlich als Mitarbeiter bezeichnet.

There is no point in keeping it in.

Bei vereidigten Übersetzungen sind die Dokumente grundsätzlich in toto zu übersetzen.
