If someone speaks in pretty much controlled language, simple utterances, then it may speak some basic Russendlish. Russian---twenty years of immersion, if not learned as a child. "you may fool some people sometime, but not all the people all the time" Abraham Lincoln, and made popular by Bob Marley.
