Hello,
I have registered a domain name with proz. but my web guy told me the space would not be enough for the work he will do and so I want to change the host.
How can I move my domain from your hosting to somewhere else?

You don't necessarily need a new registrar, just a new host, although many offer both services.
Check your new hosting service's help information first. Search for "transfer my domain name to a new host" or similar. Most major hosting services have wizards and/or adequate help information that eases/automates the process.
