Hello Hélène,

The course will last 1 hour. All registrants will receive a video and handouts after the course; thus, if you do not attend the webinar you will still have an opportunity to follow the presentation on the video.

Hello, I was told we would receive a certificate of attendance after the webinar. Haven't received anything yet. Would also appreciate handouts, as the sound was incomprehensible during a part of the webinar, probably connection and speed problems.

Hello jolanda,

You might wish to download the certificate from your profile main page. The certificates are available under "Training sessions attended", just click on [download] and a certificate in pdf format will start download. Hope this helps.
