Medical Translator
• Types of documents translated: PILs, SPCs, labelling, hospital discharge reports, consent forms, clinical trial protocols and patient information, adverse event reports, scientific articles, laboratory tests, marketing authorisations, investigator brochures, requests for variation based on EU legislation, correspondence between the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products in Poland and sponsors of clinical trials in the UK, medical questionnaires etc.
• Familiar with EMA templates, EudraLex, EDQM, MedDRA, ICD9 and ICD10
• Excellent first-hand knowledge of health care environment and patient needs thanks to working as a community medical interpreter (hospitals, GP surgeries etc.)
• Member of the ITI Medical and Pharmaceutical Network

European Works Councils, conferences, plant tours, trade fairs, focus groups
