I'm wondering if something like photo/print archives might be the right way to go for this. Or would something even more general, like Press Relations be better?

I think that the heading "communication et inventarisation des impressions" (printed matter would be "imprimees") indicates that a review of the whole conference is made, i. e. comments of participants ao but its usefulness/content, about its organization and also a summary of the organizers relating to location/catering etc..
