Enhancements:

The spell checker uses the dictionaries for languages installed in Windows.

I think that this a very useful feature. I’m not aware of any other text editor (not: word processor or CAT tool) that offers this feature…

Also very useful, though not unique:

Huge files can be edited, up to the limits of virtual memory.

To determine the Unicode code point of any non-ASCII character, you can hold the cursor over a character to get its code point in a pop-up tip.
