Does anyone know how to deal with the following situation?
A translator has made a glossary available on the Babylon site but only in language direction A>B. I would like to use the glossary in B>A format. I contacted the originator and offered to do the work myself if he would make the file available but got no response. AFAIK, the files in Babylon's own format are not accessible to be edited by anyone other than the originator.

If the creator of the glossary doesn't want to help you, there's no way to reverse a Babylon glossary.
