Set the security settings on IE Explorer as 'High' for all zones and don't follow links from untrustworthy sources, ensure URLs are manually entered in the address bar

What to do exactly?
I choosed (not fully sure about the names)
Tools
Internet options
Tab 'Security'
Button 'Adapted level'
and changed some sub items of the first two items
.NET Framework ... (2 sub items)
&
ActiveX control ... (5 sub items)

Is that what has to be done?
