Unable to launch the purchased video Nov 29, 2017

Hi Nancy,

I bought this video last week, but the video screen remains black and I therefore cannot access the content. I tried to access the video in IE, Firefox and Chrome, and the problem is the same in the 3 browsers.

Could you please provide me with a functional link or refund my purchase?
