I have recently upgraded to OS7 Professional edition. I am still using MS Office 2003. My mail program is Outlook 2003.
Over the past several weeks I have experienced a disturbing development: When I mail translated files (MS Word 2003) to one of my clients in Germany, she tells me that these files arrive at times all messed up (part of the messed up file is attached at the end of this message). I then have to resend the job using my old laptop, which runs on XP Pro. The client suggested that I use a different mail program; but I really hesitate to do this.
All nati-virus is current. I used RoadRunner HS Internet services (TimeWarner). My PC is an HP Pavillion p6250t.
Has anyone any idea how to remedy this situation?
