Oral DPSI conversation needed- please help

I am a qualifying DPSI student completing my exam.

I am having re-take the oral part of the exam and part sight translation.

I live in the south of Portugal with my Mother and there are no neighbors close.

I am looking for anyboby who can spare an hour a day or so helping me with my conversation over skype.

my language pair is EnglishSpanish and my subject path is: Healthcare.

I am not asking for somebody to give up their time for nothing.

I was hoping somebody would possibly allow an hours conversation 2 or 3 times a week.
Hopefully this can be done over skype, and we can come to some arrangement.

please let me know if anybody would like to help me, it would be much appreciated.
