Able translator, wide and prolific experience of more than 22 years of translation work. I worked as a journalist with the Novosti Press Agency (APN) in Moscow for nearly 30 years, editing the APN magazines and newspapers published in Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Norway) and Great Britain (The Soviet Weekly). I wrote articles about art and history in Nezavisimaya newspaper (Moscow), Novaya Gazeta (Moscow), Literaturnaya Gazeta (Moscow), Sobranie shedevrov magazine (Moscow, published by the Russian Institute of Fine Arts), Dialogue of Arts magazine of the Russian Academy of Arts. From 2002 I had translated more than 30 books on art, history, history of arts, Mayan art, biology, architecture, history of the 2WW, history of the Jews and history of Israel for the AST and Veche publishing houses (Moscow). After I relocated to Israel and became Israeli citizen, I translated one book of sketches and short stories (RU-EN) written by a Russian-speaking Israeli author, one book of child poetry (RU-EN), and edited three translations of love novels (RU-EN).
