Fedrian Hasmand is a professional book translator since 2005. He is also experienced as in-house editor for more than three years; two years for Qisthi Press (2007-2009) and one year for Pustaka Al-Kautsar (since 21 January 2011) up to now. Many editors have been satisfied with his works and keep on ordering him projects. A number of local publishing houses have hired him, such as Almahira, Amzah, Daun Publishing, Embun Publishing, Hikmah, Pustaka Adnan, Pustaka Al-Kautsar, Pustaka IIMaN, Pustaka Petronomika, Qisthi Press, and Tiga Serangkai. Language has always been his field. He first graduated from SMUN 48 Jakarta Timur (senior high school) majoring language (Kelas 3 Bahasa). Then he graduated from Ma'had Utsman bin Affan (Diploma 2) majoring Arabic Language, and from Universitas Terbuka (Diploma 3) majoring English Translation.
