Eight routes to discover, a thousand experiences awaiting
I like philgoddard's answer, stylistically, but looking at the website, the 1000 experiences are not all related to golf. It also talks about gastronomy, local customs, lodging, etc.
You could also go with "8 routes to explore, 1000 things to experience".
Just a couple of suggestions in light of this.

: Stylistically I like it, but the 1000 experiences are not limited to golf, it would seem. Response to comment: Yes, but look at the website. The authors are not just referring to golf when they talk about the experiences. There's culinary, cultural, etc.

You could leave out "golfing" if you feel that's important.

: I would leave "golfing" out but otherwise it is an elegant translation

Find out is not the ideal point on the spectrum from figure out [too patronizing] to check out [too informal]

: "find out" doesn't sit comfortably with routes

: You "find out" information; you "discover" experiences and territory.
