I have come across this term and I can't find a translation. According to Google the word appears in the following link, though I haven't been able to find it yet.

PRUEBAS COMPLEMENTARIAS
TC CRANEAL:
Cambios post-quirúgicos frontales izquierdos con una extensión lesión *necrogliótica* frontal y fronto-basal.
No lesiones hemorrágicas intracraneales.
Sistema ventricular de medida normal.
Sin otros hallazgos
It's a typed report from a hospital in Catalonia, although it's all in Spanish.
I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

: I'd consider coining "necro-gliotic" if it doesn't already exist somewhere...

: "necro-gliotic" seems appropriate, based on the assumption that "necrogliótica" is not really a standard term, either.

: necrotic glial cells? (this Agree is, however, only a CL 1 as well) // Ah, your second choice seems to be more appropriate, going from the literal sense of the word: necrotic and gliotic lesion, rather than necrotic glia lesion.

Discussion
As regards 'necrogliótica', in the end I used Neil's suggestion and went for 'necro-gliotic' and included a note with the translation. The client answered with: "Many thanks for your investigation into this and your feedback..." which makes me think they were satisfied!
