Toda dominación requiere estar sustentada, es decir, requiere constituirse de una forma legítima para lograr la obediencia constante de los miembros involucrados. Weber defiende que esta legitimidad es básicamente una creencia que puede estar basada en cuestiones que van desde el prestigio hasta la racionalidad legal.

It is a circular argument. That's the basis of every faith-based hypothesis (taken a piori as a truth).

the client's take on it Most of this paper seems quite clear to me, but the client change the sentence to read: The basis of all domination, and consequently of all compliance with orders, is a belief that lends prestige or any other source of rationality, which builds the foundation for that domination.

It still seem circular to me--The basis of all domination is a belief which builds the foundation (basis) for that domination.
