reaping and fall plowing

Assuming you want it in US English; in UK English it would be reaping and autumn ploughing (or stubble ploughing).

Reaping is cutting the stalks of corn or whatever, obviously.
Alzar in DRAE: 14. tr. Agr. Dar la primera reja o vuelta al rastrojo o haza de labor.

In IATE database labor de alzar = autumn ploughing / fall plowing and arado de alzar rastrojos = stubble plough/plow.

Best wishes
