Help - this is not my field! It is the title on a Power Point presentation refering to the audited accounts. It is followed by Décharge aux Directoire.

This is usually expressed as "quitus" in French - release from liability arising in the performance of the person's official tasks. Often given to directors and to the statutory auditors at the end of their term of office.
I would assume (but you should check that the context confirms this) that this is exactly the same thing.
