The usual expression is "level scoops", "level teaspoons" etc. but I guess they mean the same thing here. The Arabic expression I'm familiar with is ممسوحة.

Here's an example of someone using "levelled off" as a synonym for "level":
A level tablespoon weighs 5 grams on my scales. Thats levelled off with the back of a knife. http://forum.lowcarber.org/archive/index.php/t-272584.html

I'm sorry Salam, the choice is yours of course, but ممسوحة is indeed the common term in this context. متساوية assumes there are two things being compared, and would be very misleading here (متساوية مع ماذا؟). That's my personal opinion. Good luck.
