Chinese term

压腿

Chinese to English Other Sports / Fitness / Recreation
The name of this product is 弹振压腿. It is mainly used for leg stretching warmup. You see it pretty often in the parks. There are three horizontal bars of different heights. You place one leg on a bar and stretch it by moving your whole body down in a squatting position.

I need to know what you call 压腿 in English.

leg curl/flex

I've found something called a 压退机 , HAMTRACTOR (Seated Leg Curl)
This is not what you're looking for in that it's something you sit on in the gym to stretch your legs, but it may give you some ideas for 压腿。

tendon stretching

Don't you think when we are stretching our legs, we are actually stretching tendons behind the knees?
