Es un acuerdo de partes donde se pone de manifiesto que no hay contrato de alquiler mientras no haya contrato firmado. Le estoy dando vueltas a "limitation of the good faith in the negotiations" y "do not intend to limit their liability for the good faith in negotiations". Les parece algo como "no excederá los límites impuestos por la buena fe"? Gracias!!

limitante a las reglas de la buena fe
Ambas partes declaran expresamente que el presente acuerdo no deberá interpretarse como un limitante a las reglas de la buena fe en relación a los pactos referidos más arriba, por lo tanto, el mismo cumple con la normativa aplicable.
Las partes no limitan su responsabilidad por la buena fe en las negociaciones, toda vez que acuerdan en este documento no llegar a un acuerdo final hasta que no se firme un contrato de arrendamiento.
Recién veo que es una consulta de hace días.. pero te paso mi sugerencia, quizás aún estás con el proyecto :)
