I'm a bit confused by this part of the sentence. Any help would be appreciated :)
El riesgo es que la comoditizacion de la economía es muy riesgosa porque hay muchas **matrices que no dependen de quienes lo producen**. La relación de nuestra economía con la industria extractiva es más que evidente. Sin embargo, a pesar de que el mayor crecimiento económico se da en el interior del país, se ha mantenido a éste condenado a infraestructura de pésima calidad (por ejemplo, aún hay 40 mil centros poblados sin energía eléctrica en el país)

| Hi Helena, I was thinking that 'matrices' could be factors or even 'matrices', I don't know. And it says 'quienes LO producen', so they are referring to the singular, and the only possibility here is 'la comoditización'. That said, there are quite a few errors in the text :) |
| Yes, it could be a mistake here - maybe it should be 'las' instead of 'lo'. |
