Hungarian term or phrase: jelenlegi bekezdés (értelmezés)
A mondat (egy lábjegyzet) így hangzik:
"A 2000. évi C. törvény 158. § 5. bekezdését a 2006. évi CXXXI. törvény 114. §-a iktatta be, egyidejűleg a jelenlegi 5-6. bekezdés számozását 6-7. bekezdésre módosította."

A gondom az, hogy valószínűleg az előterjesztés szövegében szerepelt így, de átlopakodott a jóváhagyott törvénybe: hagyjam ki a "jelenlegi" jelzőt? Vagy megfelel a "current" ilyenkor? (Van ilyen értelme?)
Mert az világos, hogy mi történt: beiktattak egy új bekezdést, és a többi eggyel hátrébb került.
