Source text - English SECTION 1: MONITORING AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FINANCE FUNCTION
Article 1: Financial Leadership Structure
1. Financial Management Leadership is the SNA Army's head of finance that leads, coordinates, and manages the overall financial management of the military wherever they are. and the strategic goals of the military regarding financial management
2. The leadership structure consists of head of finance, deputy, secretary and 5 (five) departments;
a. Department of Budget, Accounts and treasury
b. Department of Finance and Salaries
c. Department of Audit and Inspection
d. Department of Posts and Archives and
e. Sales department.
3. If it is deemed necessary to increase, decrease or change the leadership units it shall be presented to the Commander of the Army and shall take effect after his approval.
4. The leadership has also indirect control of, departments, members and offices of the financial management of military types, units and forces of the SNA intems of finance management.
5. The head of the financial management leadership shall be appointed by the SNA army chief or his designee after the recommendation of the Deputy Chief of SNA.
6. The deputy head or the Lead Director and the Treasurer of the Leadership shall be appointed by the SNA chief or their designee after the recommendation of the head of the financial leadership or without the needof recommendation of the head.
7. The Deputy head is responsible for all internal daily activities on behalf of the external operations leadership.
