Our proprietary process of syngas recirculation within the reactor allows us to break down many of the complex molecular structures and produce an incredibly clean gas straight out of the plasma chamber. This is our primary breakthrough in gas cleaning and reduces the cost of gas cleaning significantly.

The hot syngas meets a quench bath containing a mixture (slurry) of lime and water. This quench bath scrubs out any remaining particulate matter. The syngas temperature as it leaves the processor is approximately 1000°C. It meets a cold water quench in the syngas cleaners which instantaneously drop the temperatures to less than 80°C. The cold alkaline water (to neutralize ph) immediately shocks the syngas to much lower temperatures. It will also catalyze the absorption of sour gases and acidic materials to porous surfaces inside the syngas cleaners. These porous surfaces will be wood chips inside the syngas cleaners which will act as a filter for particulates in the gas as well as the surface which will absorb acidic gases, metals, etc. Syngas is constantly moving though the cleaners and the slurry constantly re-circulates.

The slurry inside of the syngas cleaners is measured by a light beam. When the mixture reaches specific turbidity (muddiness) the UV light will not be able to pass through the water and it’s time to dump it back into the processor. New wood chips are added; clean water, and lime are remixed in the slurry and the processes starts again.

Нашият фирмен процес на рециркулация на сингаза в реактора ни позволява да разбиваме много от сложните молекулни структури и да произвеждаме изключително чист газ направо в плазмената камера. Това е нашият главен пробив в газопречистването, значително понижаващ цената му.

Горещият сингаз се вкарва във вана, съдържаща смес (тиня) от вар и вода. Тази охладителна баня пречиства всякакво остатъчно нехомогенизирано вещество (НВ). Температурата на сингаза в момента на напускането на процесора е приблизително 1000°C. В пречиствателите сингазът се среща със студена вода, която незабавно смъква температурата до под 80°C. Студената алкална вода (за неутрализиране на ph) понижава шоково температурата на сингаза. Освен това тя катализира абсорбирането на серните и киселите вещества от порьозните повърхности в пречисвателите. Тези порьозни повърхности са дървени стърготини, които действат като филтър за НВ в газа, както и като повърхност, която абсорбира киселите газове, металите и т.н. Сингазът се движи последователно през пречиствателите и водно-варовият разтвор рециркулира постоянно.
