4.8 Undesirable effects

Oral X has been administered in clinical trials (see section 5.1) to approximately 6500 adult subjects. The most common adverse reactions in schizophrenia clinical trials were sedation and akathisia. In bipolar mania clinical trials, the most common adverse reactions were sedation, akathisia, extrapyramidal disorder and dizziness.

V klinických skúšaniach (pozri časť 5.1) sa "X" perorálne podával približne 6 500 dospelým pacientom. Najčastejšími nežiaducimi účinkami v klinických skúšaniach zameraných na schizofréniu boli sedácia a akatízia. V klinických skúšaniach zameraných na bipolárnu mániu boli najčastejšími nežiaducimi účinkami sedácia, akatízia, extrapyramídová porucha a závrat.
