some technical detail in an insurance claim for a substation:-
Al confundir la celda el operador acciono forzosamented el seccionador de puesta a tierra del acople link, el cual solamented puede ser operado con el acople link retirado de los polos de conexion, produciendo un *arco electrico a tierra* de suficiente potencia como para hacer actuar las protecciones de los interruptores aguas arriba.
I'm not sure how "a tierra" fits in with electric arc. TIA
