(organising) tourism of Lithuanians abroad / tourism of foreigners in Lithuania
Interesting. If I understand it correctly, there is no easy (succinct) way of doing it in English, because Išvažiuojamasis turizmas refers to Lithuanians going abroad, while Ivažiuojamasis turizmas refers to foreigners coming to Lithuania. So it would have to by something like "Organising tourism of Lithuanians abroad tourism of foreigners in Lithuania".

Outbound and inbound tourism
There is an easy and simple way to express it in English when some tourists (Lithuanians or whoever) go on tour to another country and tourists from another come to Lithuania.
