Concerning a substation for an arc furnace under the section dealing with the transformer substation.

V2 = (zero with line through) 0,85-150 (division sign) 500 V - 60.000 (division sign) 85.000 A;
1 carrello di sostegno ed strazione;
1 quadro elettrico......

Strazione maybe be a typo (?) as this text is littered with them.
Not sure what this is in the context.
