10. Transact Qty- Qty requested by site through MIMI log or qty released against the MRP.
11. Alloc Qty- Qty allocated against the transaction qty. This means for eg if there 10 qty requested from a site/MRP released and only 5 available in stock then transact qty will display as 5 and alloc qty will display as 5.
12. Pick qty-Total Qty picked for shipping from the alloc Qty ( ready for shipping stage)
13. Transit Qty-Qty which are shipped against particular DO ( In transit stage)
14. Rec Qty-Actual Qty received at the site from the transact Qty
15. Out Qty-Outstanding Qty which are not been allocated out of transact Qty. This means outstanding qty from original requested qty yet to pick/pack & ship.
16. Delivery Date-expected time of arrival(ETA)
17. Over Days-will display the overdue days for the item to deliver at site.
18. Remarks –Any comments/remarks related to the request.
19. Trans Reason Code-will display the nature of transaction (INV, COM) – INV for inventory item and COM for commissioning item.
20. Away Location-This is an input column should be used to input the bin location where the parts are physically moving in stores upon the receipt from JA or other locations. This is a mandatory field to update before the GRN request sends it to JA or data entry team to update Movex.
21. Away Qty- This is an input column should be used to update the qty received/ moved to physical bin location from receipt area. This is a mandatory field to update before the GRN request sends it to JA or data entry team to update Movex.
