利益団体
一般的に耳にする言葉としては、利益団体、利害団体、あるいは主張の性格が強調されれば圧力団体などといいますが、それらをまとめて interest group ということになるのではないでしょうか。インタレストグループという表現は聞いたことありませんが、それでもざっくり検索できるほどの使用例は散見されます。これは医療関係などに多い言い方のようです。

利益団体 （りえきだんたい、interest group）とは特定の集団の利益を図るべく政治活動を行う団体で、目的を実現するために政治に組織的に影響力を及ぼすが、政党とは異なり、政治活動を専門とはせず、政権をとろうとすることはない団体である。圧力団体 （あつりょくだんたい）、利益集団（りえきしゅうだん）などともいう。
