English term

リスケ

English to Japanese Bus/Financial Real Estate Real Estate Financing
業績低迷の影響もあり、H10年頃よりリスケ対応開始。

The above is one of the contexts in which 'resuke' appears.
I believe it means 'reschedule' as in 'reschedule payments.'

But does it really mean 'refinance?'

Thanks Michiko This was a great help and got me going in the right direction. Japanese-English is such a pain! I am using 'rescheduling of payments,' more or less.
michiko tsum (X) Jan 10, 2008:
"Rescheduling" is OK. I think it often means extending the term of loans or mortgage.
