Le Creative Commons Zero Universal Public Domain Dedication (CC0 waiver) est un instrument juridique développé par Creative Commons pour donner accès à des données sans restrictions sur une éventuelle réutilisation. L’accord DEA dit qu’Europeana publie les métadonnées qu’elle reçoit de ses fournisseurs selon les clauses du CC0. En pratique, cela veut dire que tout un chacun a le droit d’utiliser des métadonnées publiées par Europeana pour tout but et sans aucune restriction.

: agree, I found the words a little changed in another document Transfert dans le Domaine Public http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/deed.fr This law basicaly makes them "documents libres de droits",no authorization needed for w/e use.
