Hello everyone,

I'm subtitling a movie (fiction) where a character uses a drug in which the label says "eccaine". I wasn't able to find this word in any technical/medical dictionary, however I found it in an Italian dictionary (https://bit.ly/3FWCAoD). Anyway, I found a book (https://bit.ly/3mRKnLE) which contains the eccaine's formula (C20H25NO4). It turns out that this is the formula of Acetyldihydrocodeine, but I think the molecular structure is different.

Any suggestions?
