Hi this letter has been sent from the General People's Committee of Education & Scientific Research to this department during the Gaddafi period. The letter is in regards to a sponsored post-graduate student completing his post-graduate studies in the UK.

Hans Wehr dictionary has البعثات as "student exchanges" so should I put "Department of [Sponsored] Academic Student Exchanges" or can the word be translated as "scholarships"??
