Contratto di cessione - I had translated this as receivables purchase agreement but now I'm in doubt as later they mention below in addition to this contratto a document for the transfer/ assignment of the receivables. Isn't this the same? Would this be a receivables assignment agreement? On doing a bit of research now I'm in doubt, help much appreciated
