trustee in bankruptcy or bankruptcy trustee

Both terms are fine. Trustee in bankrutpcy is more formal and will often be used to sign court papers.

I would use this word if we're talking about the person who is responsible for reaching a composition with the creditors (i.e. the bankruptcy is not definite).
