De, adott esetekben, referencia szamot jelol meg: az ugynevezett "albetét szám" = "parcel (reference) number".

: Nem ilyen egyszerű, a parcel csak telek, amely nem azonos az albetéttel.

Albetét szám: commonhold unit number, condominium registration number.
Az albetétesítés társasházi lakások telekkönyvi nyilvántartására vonatkozó kifejezés. Lényegében azt a földhivatali eljárást jelenti, amelynek során a társasház felépítését követően az egyes társasházi lakások a társasház törzsszámához igazodó sorszám szerinti "alszámot" kapnak.
Az albetét szám nem jelent mást, mint az egyes társasházi lakások egyedi helyrajzi számát, mely alapján a lakás egyedileg beazonosítható.
