Németül biztosan Übernahmeprotokoll. Erre http://dict.leo.org a fentieket adja. Namármost ez ugye olyan mint az adásvételi szerzödés, ami angolul "sales contract", tehát nincs benne az "adás meg vétel" mint magyarul. Ugyanez a helyzet ezzel is, nem kell az "átadást meg átvételt" is lefordítani. Egyébént 'handover certificate' ha ingóságról van szó, vagy 'completion certificate' nagyobb projectek esetén.
