Epicrisis of a heart patient:
Klinisch bestanden deutlich grobblasige Rasselgeraeusche, roentgenologisch eine eindeutige Stauung. Angina gab die Pat. zunaechst nicht an, laborchemisch kam es zur Trop T Erhoehung, Fermente entwickelte die Pat. nicht.
I was under the impression that Fermente = cardiac enzymes. So if the Trop T levels are elevated, how can it be that the patient did not develop cardiac enzymes? Oder bin ich hier voellig auf dem "Holzweg"?
