Thank you, all. Your help will prove useful in future translations, I am sure. It is also helpful to know that Kr. is not necessarily Kredit, and indeed more likely to refer to sick in the context of sick pay here.

"Nebengebühren sind Geldleistungen, die zeit- und mengenmäßige Mehrleistungen, Mehraufwendungen oder andere Besonderheiten des Dienstes abgelten oder Belohnungscharakter haben.

Nebengebühren sind nicht Bestandteil des Monatsbezuges und können nur für Zeiträume gebühren, für die Anspruch auf Gehalt besteht."

I don't think Kr is necessarily Kredit - I assume that's what you mean by Cr.
