Non riesco a capire cosa significhi "NR".

Ich habe diesen Satz über die Hypotheken in einer Begründung vom Stockwerkseigentum von Deutsche (Schweiz) ins Italienische.
Ich verstehe nicht, was "NR" bedeutet.
