wherein the prepaid charge unit determines whether the prepaid number is valid based on whether status data of the prepaid number are assigned and not used, and when the prepaid number is valid, causes the charge system to subtract the predetermined amount of money corresponding to the
prepaid number from the communication charge of the communication terminal.
