5. Wykonawca przyjmuje do wiadomości, że Inwestor może z ważnych przyczyn, zgodnie z umową zawartą z Zamawiającym, zawiesić dalsze wykonywanie całości lub dowolnej części robót. W takiej sytuacji Zamawiający niezwłocznie poinformuje o tym Wykonawcę na piśmie wskazując, w szczególności przewidywany okres zawieszenia robót. Wykonawca podejmie zawieszone roboty na pisemne wezwanie Zamawiającego i w terminie przez niego wyznaczonym. Z tytułu zawieszenia robót Wykonawca nie będzie dochodził od Zamawiającego żadnych roszczeń oprócz przedłużenia terminu realizacji przedmiotu niniejszej Umowy o okres zawieszenia robót.
