English term
progress
English to Greek
Medical

Oncology
The text concerns regimens for cancer patients with Chronic Lymphomatic Leukemia (CLL).
Context:
"How many of the patients who ***progressed*** after prior combination treatment that included AGENT A and AGENT B would most likely have received:
a) 2 prior lines of therapy
b) 3 prior lines of therapy
c) 4+ prior lines of therapy"
"You indicated that you would prescribe AGENT C to your patients who ***progressed*** after AGENT A and AGENT B. Why would you prescribe this regimen against other available regimens?
Answer option : ***Progression*** free survival benefit"
**********************************************
I believe that "progress" in this context doesn't mean "improve", but quite the contrary, i.e. the advancement of a tumor/ metastasis. Taking into account that the cancer type here is leukemia (--> I am not very sure that tumors are manifested in this disease, that could advance/ metastasize), how would you translate "progressed" - "progression" in this context?
Thanks in advance!

This term is also appropriate, especially for the verb "progress" (παρουσίασαν επιδείνωση / επιδεινώθηκαν).
