[BUG NO SUBTITLE WORKSHOP]

Boa tarde, colegas, tudo bem? Alguém pode me ajudar por favor? Eu já reinstalei o Subtitle Workshop, já reinstalei o K-Lite Codec Pack e, mesmo assim, o problema de não exibir a segunda linha (de quebra da legenda) persiste. Também já passei antivírus completo (Norton, versão paga) e o Malwarebytes (análise de 3 horas). Nada resolveu. Valeu, pessoal!
