Hi Cynthia, in the Home ribbon you select the Project Settings configuration on the top left. In the Project Settings window on the left hand select Language Pairs / your source language->your target language (e.g. English->Portuguese) / Translation Memory and Automated Translation / Auto-substitution / Dates and Times to correct the way substitution works. You can also uncheck Date under Auto-substitution if you want to disable the date substitution altogether.
