Hi everybody
A client wants to have their website translated and sent a .xls file + quite a few .tpl files. What tool should be used for translating such file format? I believe that neither TWB or Studio is able to handle this format.
Kind regards,
Peter

Try renaming them

Hi Peter,
TPL files seem to be snippets of valid XHTML 1.0 strict.
What happens when you change the extension to example.tpl.html?
Cheers,
Gerard

.tpl --> .tpl.html seems to work!

Thanks, Gerard. I tried renaming as you suggested and was now able to analyse all the files. So your suggestion helped me a great step forward
My only concern now (being newbie to this kind of file format) is if this is a safe solution. I think I'll suggest to the client to make a small test with a few of the translated files.
Kind regards,
Peter
