I have seen this movie, which has Hebrew and Arabic dialogs but somes parts are not translated. Have you seen it?

I'd like the part where the Israeli shy man asks one Arabic policeman how to flirt with a girl?
The Arabic man explains him in such a poetic way that the Israeli depicts an astonishment face.

Can you tell me please the meaning of those Arabic words?
